Delivery Locations
We deliver Australia wide. We don't currently ship internationally however we hope to offer delivery to New Zealand in the near future. If you are a New Zealand customer & you wish to make a purchase from us please contact us via email & we can provide a shipping estimate for your order.
Processing & Tracking
Once we receive your order & payment the order will be processed & dispatched to you either same day or next business day depending on the time of day you order. You will be kept up to date of the order process via email & a tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Costs
We offer competitive & fair shipping rates Australia wide as follows;
Standard Shipping 0 - 0.5kg: $8.50
Standard Shipping 0.5 - 1kg: $10.95
Standard Shipping 1 - 3kg: $13.65
Standard Shipping 3 - 5kg: $15.95
Heavy Goods Shipping 5 - 10kg: $22.95
Heavy Goods Shipping 10 - 25kg: $30.95
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed & dispatched within 2 business days – We will endeavor to get your order out to you ASAP. We currently use Sendle & Australia Post to send your orders. Depending on where you are located your order will take from 2-7 business days to arrive once dispatched.
Unfortunately once dispatched the delivery is out of our control however we will keep you updated of any delays that we are made aware of. You can track the delivery via the tacking number provided. If you have any concerns regarding your order please don't hesitate to contact us.
